Privacy
Plain language. This is everything we do with your information. Upfront Wedding is a one-person service. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What we collect
- From your form: your names, email, wedding date, venue, guest count, the vendor categories you need, your budget if you choose to give it, and an optional phone number for vendor forms that require one.
- From your wedding inbox: copies of the vendor emails sent and received for your wedding, including attachments such as price PDFs.
- From your Sheet: the vendor links you paste in and the choices you mark.
Your wedding inbox
You create and own a separate wedding Gmail. You turn on forwarding to our inbox, and we add your address as a “send as” so emails to vendors come from you. We never sign into your account. You can turn forwarding off at any time. When your service ends we remove the send-as, and you keep the inbox and every thread.
How we use it
Only to write to the vendors you chose, chase their replies, and fill your Sheet. Software reads vendor replies and attachments to pull out prices, what's included and availability, and drafts the emails we send. When a vendor has no email address, it may fill the vendor's website contact form with your wedding details. Vendors see only what's in the emails or forms we send them. Your budget isn't shared unless you tell us to.
Who else sees it
- Service providers we use to run Upfront Wedding: email, a database and file storage, automated reading and drafting, browser automation for contact forms, website hosting, the intake form, and payments. They process your information only to provide the service.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- We never sell your information, and there are no ads.
Payments and refunds
- You pay once, $149, after we review your form and confirm we can help.
- Full refund if you cancel before the first email goes out to a vendor. Once outreach has started, the fee is final.

How long we keep it
We keep your Sheet and vendor threads so you can come back to them while you plan. Email us and we delete everything within 30 days. Either way, when your service ends we remove the send-as and stop receiving your mail.
Security
The access token for our inbox is stored encrypted. Only Jonathan can see information across couples. Your Sheet is shared only with the addresses you give us.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your information: email [email protected].
- Stop outreach at any time: reply STOP to any email from us, or choose Stop in your Sheet.
- California residents have these rights by law. We honour them for everyone.
- Upfront Wedding is for people 18 and over.

No cookies, no tracking, no accounts. Nothing is collected until you fill in the form.
Changes
If this page changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects what we do with your information, we email you first.
